Let's take the glass half full approach: the traffic and weather could be so much worse today.
WEATHER: Coming off a warm weekend, we'll see sunny skies and a high of 49 degrees today. It'll get freezing by evening though, with lows hitting 36 degrees, with a "real feel" of about 29 degrees, according to Accuweather.
SUBWAYS: At the time of publication, all train lines were running with good service.
