Remember December, when it seemed like winter would never arrive? Those were the days.

The year of the monkey is getting off to a cheeky start, with intermittent snowfall expected over the next three days.

WEATHER: With a travel advisory issued for this morning through Wednesday night, the city could get 1 to 2 inches of snow in total today, with flurries beginning between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., and picking up again later in the morning, around 11 a.m.... and again at 2 p.m. .... and again at 7 p.m., according to Accuweather.

As the travel advisory indicates, we'll be experiencing more of these flurries through Wednesday, but the National Weather Service predicts that only 2 to 4 inches will accumulate during that time.

So at least there's that.

Today's high will reach 35 degrees.

TRAVEL: At the time of publication, all train lines were reporting good service with the exception of the B train, which is running with delays on the southbound direction due to signal problems at Concourse Yard.

Because we're all SO OVER these sloppy commutes and there's no end in sight, today's Misery Index is at a 7.
