NEW YORK CITY — Subway service got back to normal Friday afternoon after delays hit every line during Friday morning's snowy rush-hour commute, the MTA said.

Service to Franklin Street and Chambers Street on the 1, 2 and 3 lines also resumed after it was halted by Friday morning's fatal crane collapse.
