Is that you, Spring?

WEATHER: Today is bound to feel like a whole new season with temperatures peaking at 56 degrees and melting more of those snow piles, according to Accuweather. Instead of snow flurries, you can expect a couple of showers in the afternoon (bringing May flowers, if they didn't all bloom in December).

Take in some sunshine and vitamin D on your way to work, because partly cloudy skies give way to overcast ones later in the day.

Temperatures are expected to bottom out at 33 degrees.

SUBWAYS: Spring weather doesn't mean your commute will be easy. We're seeing delays on three lines at the time of publication.

Signal problems are slowing down southbound 1 trains, Manhattan-bound J trains, and Queens-bound M trains.

Check in with the MTA for updates throughout the morning.

We give today a winter misery index of two, because mild weather weakens our resolve to kvetch.
