THE BRONX — A person was found dead after a fire tore through a vacant Kingsbridge Heights building Wednesday night, police said.
The person, who had not been identified as of Thursday morning, was inside 215 W. Kingsbridge Rd., near Heath Avenue, when flames erupted about 10 p.m., NYPD officials said.
Firefighters brought it under control and discovered the person's body on the second floor, police said.
