Couple Swipes $2K Worth of Sunglasses From Elmhurst Banana Republic: NYPD

QUEENS — A black-clad couple stole more than $2,000 worth of sunglasses from an Elmhurst Banana Republic in October, according to the NYPD.

The man and woman swiped 23 pairs of shades worth $2,254 from the Queens Center Mall store on Oct. 19, police said.

The woman was wearing all black and the man was wearing a black long-sleeved sweater, black pants and black shoes.
