If you felt your fingers were a little less frozen this morning, you weren't imagining things.

Despite overcast weather and predicted morning flurries, the weather has warmed up to a high of 37 degrees, compared to yesterday's high of 31 degrees, with winds at around 5 miles per hour. The low for today is 30 degrees, and this afternoon is predicted to be breezy and partly sunny, according to AccuWeather

Morning commuters on A, E, M, 1, 4, 5, and 7 trains were likely stuck in the subway for longer than usual as a result of — surprise, surprise — mechanical problems and those ever mysterious "earlier incidents." We salute the New Yorkers enduring the daily indignances of living in this city.
