You're on the train and someone asks what makes you great. What would you say?

That was the question Akilah C. Thompson asked 1 train riders in a video uploaded to her Facebook page on Sunday.

In the video, Thompson announces that her goal is to "[celebrate] ourselves and [celebrate] people," and that she wants train riders to "shout something that's great about you."

Some riders were more receptive to Thompson's mission than others. In the video, one man chimed that he was helping others lead physically fit lives. Another passenger said he was great for "being a great parent and loving my kids."

When riders simply didn't have an answer, Thompson and her companions would help them form one — or simply make one up. In one instance, they told a speechless man toting a shopping bag that he was great because "you have money in your account to go shopping."

Thompson's motivational subway speaking isn't new: In Penn Station, the I Am Beauty Inc. CEO and life coach held a mirror with etched-on phrases like "Worth it!" and "You are beautiful!" and used it to engage with passersby, according to a photo uploaded to Facebook on Monday.

Watch Thompson below — and maybe start thinking about how you would answer her question, if not just to make your life easier:

What's great about you ? Shout it from the mountain top. Take a moment every day to celebrate yourself . If this makes you smile ....share it and give joy to someone else :)
