It's colder than it was yesterday, and there's snow in the forecast. Ugh.

The high is expected to reach 41 degrees, but AccuWeather predicts clouds will move in early this afternoon before giving way to rain or snow just in time for the evening rush.

The Winter Misery Index will consider how many days we go without sunshine, or refuse to go to the halal truck because of the brutal winds or whenever the L train is acting like, well, the L train, and the general vibe in the city.
