Police Seek Woman Wanted for Questioning in Fatal Albany Houses Shooting

CROWN HEIGHTS — Police are searching for a woman they want to question about the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old man outside the Albany Houses in Crown Heights last week, the NYPD said.

The department released an image Monday of a woman wearing a black coat, gray pants and a black hat going through a doorway at the Albany Avenue complex.

Police say the woman is wanted for questioning in regards to the killing of 27-year-old Ernest Sene outside of his Albany Houses home on Jan. 6. He was shot in the chest in front of 1008 St. Marks Ave. roughly 8:20 a.m. and pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital.

Sene lived on the 10th floor of the building where he was shot, officials said.

The woman in the image is approximately 20 to 30 years old, stands about 5-foot-6 and weighs 160 pounds, police said. Though she is wanted for questioning in the case, she has not been named as a suspect in the shooting.
