Don’t let that sunshine today fool you, it’s mad brick outside.

The high is expected to reach 34 degrees, but those winds make it feel more like 21 degrees.  And AccuWeather says the wind could kick up more tonight.  AND THERE WILL BE SNOW TOMORROW.

Joy!

New Yorkers love to complain. About everything. (You know you do.) When the weather drops below freezing, or is unseasonably warm on Christmas, or it sleets, or it rains for five minutes, or there’s the blizzard of all blizzards, we unleash a barrage of gripes to cope.

And then, there’s the subway system.

The Winter Misery Index will consider how many days we go without sunshine, or refuse to go to the halal truck because of the brutal winds or whenever the L train is acting like, well, the L train, and the general vibe in the city. (For example, who’s not sad about David Bowie?)

And now, for today’s rating: 4 Slightly Miserable
