HARLEM — Police confiscated four loaded guns off a Rochester man during a routine traffic stop over the weekend.

Daniel Figueroa, 45, was stopped talking on his cell phone while driving his gold 2008 Lincoln MKX westbound along 145th Street about noon Saturday, according to the NYPD.

When officers conducting Vision Zero enforcement pulled him over, they noticed he was driving with a suspended license and arrested him. That’s when Figueroa told police that he had three loaded guns on him and a fourth one inside the Lincoln.

Police confiscated two semi-automatic pistols — a LLAMA .45 caliber and a Smith & Weston .40 caliber — as well as a .38 caliber derringer and a .38 caliber revolver. They also found three magazines and four switchblade knives.

Figueroa was arrested and charged with multiple counts of criminal possession of a weapons, driving on a suspended license, and driving while using a mobile device, according to the NYPD.

He has been released on his own recognizance and is due in court March 3, records show.

Figueroa’s lawyer did not immediately respond to a voicemail.
