UNION SQUARE — An East Harlem man groped a teen girl at the entrance to a Union Square deli last week, according to police.

Police arrested Solomon Miller, 36, on Dec. 16 for touching a 17-year-old girl's butt outside of Trevi Deli at the corner of East 17th Street and Union Square East, officials said.

The girl was walking out of the deli at 9:17 a.m. when Miller grabbed her, according to a police report.

Prosecutors charged Miller with forcible touching and sexual abuse, and a judge released him without bail, court records show.

He’s due back in court on Feb. 11.

A lawyer for Miller did not respond to a request for comment.
