Monday, Dec. 21

Screening of Josephine Baker’s Zou-Zou

Where: Macomb’s Bridge Library, 2650 Seventh Ave., Central Harlem
When: 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

A rare opportunity to see the 1934 French film Zou-Zou which stars Josephine Baker as a performer in a traveling circus who has to perform in order to raise money for a defense lawyer after the man she loves has been accused of murder.

Vodka Latke Hanukkah Soirée

Where: The Jewish Museum, 1109 Fifth Ave., Upper East Side
When: 6:30 p.m.

Hear a DJ set by Xavier Auza and enjoy an open vodka and wine bar, latkes, sweet treats and tasty noshes all night as well as guided tours of the Museum's current exhibition, “Unorthodox.” Tickets are $55.

The Many Sounds of Christmas

Where: St. Peter’s Church, 22 Barclay St., Financial District 
When: 7 p.m.

A beautiful collection of holiday songs, sung in a historic church, the evening features vocal ensemble The Salvatones, string ensemble New York Virtuosi and organist Steven Fraser, all under the direction of Daniel Brondel, the associate director of music and organist at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Tickets are $25 in advance, $35 at door.

Free Soca Dance Fitness

Check Out An Art Gallery Plastered With 7,000 Fried Eggs

Where: Kate Werble Gallery, 83 Vandam St., Hudson Square
When: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Long Island City-based artist Christopher Chiappa’s “Livestrong” show at Kate Werble Gallery fills the space with 7,000 incredibly realistic-looking handmade fried eggs. Worth a visit. (The gallery is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday but is closed this Friday and Saturday for the holidays.)

Hip Hop: Queens Hip Hop Legend Darryl “DMC” McDaniels

Where: Queens Library, Central Branch, 89-11 Merrick Blvd., Jamaica

Famed DJ and hip-hop pioneer Ralph McDaniels will host a discussion with legendary Darryl "DMC" McDaniels, one of the founding members of Run-D.M.C., who will talk about his musical life, career and his new venture into the world of comic books. Anonymous 4: The Final Concert

The all-female a cappella group Anonymous 4 is holding its very last concert — after 30 years of touring around the world — at the Met’s Christmas Tree in its Medieval Sculpture Hall. Tickets, which include museum admission, must be reserved. Call 212-570-3949 to ask about ticket availability.

Hidden in Plain Sight: Portraits of Hunger in NYC

Take in a series of compelling images from photographer Joey O’Loughlin who spent more than two years documenting Food Bank For New York agency members throughout the city. The exhibit will be on display till Nov. 2016.

Lower East Side Hot Cider Walking Tour

Where: Museum at Eldridge Street, 12 Eldridge St., Lower East Side 
When: 1 p.m.

The tour will show participants local landmarks, take them to area merchants for treats and discuss the history of the Eldridge Street Synagogue — all with a warm cup of cider. The tour is $25 per person and includes entry into the museum.
