A 19-year-old male heard the shots and started running, police said.
He realized he'd been shot when he felt blood running down his left leg, police said. He was treated at Harlem Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition.
It was not immediately clear why the biker opened fire. An NYPD spokeswoman said she didn't have any additional information.
