CHELSEA — Police are looking to pop a pimpled perpetrator who pinched $634 of protein powder and other products from a GNC chain store just before 7:00 p.m. on Nov. 18.
"I'll be back," the thief, who police said had acne, told the store clerk, before darting out of the store located at 600 W. 39th St., wearing jogging gear and sneakers, police said.
The man managed to steal 10 containers of Fitmiss Burn Weight Management, Shredz Burner (Made for Women), alpha amino protein powder and other dietary supplements worth $634, according to police.
The items have not been recovered, nor has the fitness-minded thief been cuffed as of Friday.
A manager at GNC declined to comment on the incident.
