Gaze Upon Flatiron's Kaleidoscope Sculpture Through the Eyes of Its Viewers

FLATIRON — Selfie takers and Instagrammers have flocked to snap photos of “Nova,” a temporary installation in the Flatiron pedestrian plaza that offers a kaleidoscopic panorama to people walking under it.

Nova was unveiled by the Flatiron Partnership/23rd Street BID last week and it will be on display through the holiday season. The pop-up installation was the brainchild of the firm SOFTlab, and was chosen as the winner of the Partnership’s annual design competition.

DNAinfo New York rounded up a few of the glittery, multicolored photos people have been ‘gramming of the exhibit:
