By Gwynne Hogan | November 16, 2015 4:12pm

HELL'S KITCHEN — A homeless woman was raped for two hours on a Ninth Avenue roof Sunday morning, according to police.

The 41-year-old woman met her attacker on the intersection of Eighth Avenue and 44th Street on Sunday morning when the man offered to buy her a coffee, she told police.

They then went into an apartment building at 648 Ninth Ave. and started kissing her in the stairwell, police said.

The pair then went up to the roof, police said. The man was getting increasingly aggressive and the woman asked him to stop and tried to leave the roof, police said.

The man then punched her in the face and raped her for two hours, police said.

After two hours the man fled the location on foot and the woman called 911 about 5:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, police said.

She was rushed to Roosevelt Hospital, according to police. There were no immediate arrests and an investigation is ongoing.

Several residents and the super of the Ninth Avenue apartment building said they had not heard anything on Sunday morning.
