EAST HARLEM — Police released video of three men wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of NYPD Officer Randolph Holder.

The men, captured by surveillance cameras, are wanted for questioning for their possible involvement in a gang-related shootout that prompted Holder and other officers to respond to the scene Oct. 20, officials said.

Two housing officers were on a roof at 455 E. 102nd St. in Harlem at roughly 8:30 p.m. when a gunfight broke out, police said. The suspects fled the area.

Holder and his partner responded to the call and came upon a man who said he was robbed of his bicycle at gunpoint, according to officials.

The officers then encountered 30-year-old Tyrone Howard, who police believe was involved in the initial gunfight and stole the bike to make his getaway.

After chasing the suspect, Holder and his partner confronted Howard, who opened fire and fatally struck Holder in the head.

Howard is charged with first-degree murder and robbery.
