EAST FLATBUSH — A 21-year-old man was shot and killed in East Flatbush early Thursday morning, police said.
Multiple gunshots were reported near the intersection of Brooklyn Avenue and Clarendon Road at 6 a.m., but no victim was found when police arrived, according to the NYPD.
They found the 21-year-old — who'd been shot in the back — at Brookdale Hospital, where he'd been taken by someone other than police. He was pronounced dead there, police said.
Police made no arrests and had not released the victim's name as of Friday morning.
