If you've ever wanted to get a classic Diane von Furstenberg wrap dress covered in images of you wearing said dress — and also dance to get free pastries, get splashed with paint and have gender-swapping makeup done, all in one rainy weekend — you should definitely head to Brookfield Place.

The expansive Battery Park City shopping center is being taken over by the MOVE! installation, "an interactive experience that puts you right at the center of fashion and art," according to organizers.

The exhibit, which starts at 5 p.m. Friday night and runs through Sunday, gives visitors some unusual immersive experiences, meant to be "engaging and unique and fun and cool," said co-curator Cecilia Dean, the founder of art publication Visionaire, in a statement.

Here are a few of the quirky ways you can spend your time at MOVE!:

You'll have a chance to wear a Diane von Furstenberg wrap dress (von Furstenberg has a shop in Brookfield Place) then be posed and photographed. The image of you will then be transformed into a pattern that you can first see digitally, then order and buy, on an actual wrap dress.

In another part of the mall, you get to pretend you're walking down a fashion runway (in front of green screen), then watch yourself be super-imposed into a actual fashion show.

You can also have a photo of yourself being splashed with paint:

Or get your make-up done by a professional for free — but the artist will make you over into the opposite gender:

Other activities some may consider fun: do a little dance to get a free pastry (see video above) or be escorted down a red carpet by two handsome models.

For more information, head to Brookfield's website. MOVE! runs tonight from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Some of the immersive events require sign-up, which you can do in-person.
