VIDEO: Why Did This Teen Run Across the Subway Tracks?

By Aidan Gardiner | September 24, 2015 8:56am

To get to the other side.

Sure, a common commuter who finds himself on the wrong platform would climb back up the stairs, suck up the $2.75 and reenter going the correct way.

But this sailor-mouthed teen was no common commuter.

He opted for the more direct hop onto the tracks, avoid the deadly third rail and climb up on the other side approach.

"What I'm gonna do is this. Excuse me please. Woop! I don't give a f--k!" he shouts as he jumps into a puddle in the trackbed and makes his harrowing trek across — all while recording himself.

Warning: graphic language.

Too many idiots In NYC ... 2.75 was never that serious

"How do you like that, motherf--ker? Make that go viral, b---h!" he shouts upon his triumphant summiting of his desired platform.

The video's uploader, Ismael Williams, did not immediately responded to a request for comment.

"What do I think? It's stupid and reckless," MTA spokesman Kevin Ortiz said.

"Unfortunately, every time a video of this nature is uncovered, DNAinfo and other media outlets feel compelled to post it, further glorifying this asinine behavior."
