Person Struck by Subway Train at 34th St.-Penn Station, Officials Say

MIDTOWN — A man was hit by an A subway train at 34th Street-Penn Station on Friday afternoon, officials said.

The person was hit by a southbound A train at about 12:28 p.m. and was taken to Bellevue Hospital in serious condition, according to the FDNY and MTA. 

A trains were running local between 59th and Canal Street because of the accident, the MTA said.
