Police Search For Woman Who Used Stolen Credit Cards at Stores

NEW YORK CITY — Police are searching for a woman suspected of using stolen credit cards at three stores in two different boroughs.

On March 15, the suspect was reported using a credit card at a Walgreens Pharmacy on 1371 Metropolitan Ave. in The Bronx. The credit card belonged to an unidentified, 68-year old victim, police said.

A few weeks later, on May 1, she was caught on camera using a different stolen credit card at two Upper West Side stores, according to the NYPD. The credit card the suspect used that day had been reported stolen by a 70-year old man.

The suspect is described as having short black hair, and was wearing a white t-shirt, a black sweater and a scarf at the time of the May 1 incident, police said.
