QUEENS —  A Jamaica basketball coach accused of having a lewd video chat with a 15-year-old player has pleaded guilty to disseminating porn to minors, the Queens District Attorney’s office said Wednesday.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said that Robert Walker, 43, of Jamaica, who regularly conducted basketball workouts with teenage boys, is expected to be sentenced to 1 ½ to 4 ½ years in prison during a hearing on Sept. 10, after he pleaded guilty to "disseminating indecent material to minors."

He will also be required to register as a sex offender.

Walker, who according to the Queens District Attorney’s office, was initially facing up to 15 years in prison, was arrested last November, after the teen told his parents that the coach had a video chat with him.

According to court documents, during the chat, which took place last April on instant messaging application OoVoo, Walker told the boy to strip naked. He also allegedly convinced the teen to pose in front of the camera, expose himself and send him naked photographs, according to Queens DA.

After getting a search warrant for Walker’s home, investigators found the video of the alleged chat, authorities said.

Three additional 14- and 15-year-old victims were discovered while searching Walker’s Oovoo and Facebook accounts.

The teens played basketball on the team he coached and were also instructed to strip naked on video chats. One of the incidents occurred in person, according to Brown.

Investigators also found 27 images of children between the ages 8 and 13 performing sex acts with men, according to Queens DA.

Walker also allegedly told investigators that during workouts with teens as young as 14, he would have the boys take their clothes off and he would take pictures and videos of them, Brown said.

Walker's attorney did not immediately respond to a phone call seeking comment.
