MANHATTAN — A cyclist was critically injured when a red sedan hit him in Central Harlem Wednesday night and fled the scene, police said.

The driver had not been arrested as of Thursday morning, an NYPD spokesman said.

The 63-year-old cyclist, whose name was not immediately released, was in front of 110 W. 145th St., near Malcolm X Boulevard, when he was struck at 9:48 p.m., police said.

The bicyclist was taken to Harlem Hospital where he was in critical condition Thursday morning, police said.
