FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A man was slashed on his back and lower stomach with a box cutter during a fight on Broadway last week, police said.
The 30-year-old victim was attacked outside of 52 Broadway, the headquarters of the United Federation of Teachers, on July 7 at about 3 p.m., police said.
