PARK SLOPE — The developer building a residential high-rise next to the landmarked Brooklyn Lyceum released a rendering of the project on Wednesday.

The rental building at 225-227 Fourth Ave. will have "modern aesthetic" that's in keeping with the slew of other high-rises that have sprung up along the avenue, wrote YIMBY, which first reported the rendering.

At least nine other tall buildings are in the works on Fourth Avenue between Douglass Street and 22nd Street.

At the Lyceum site on Fourth Avenue and President Street, developer Greystone plans to refurbish the exterior of the landmarked former public bathhouse and transform the inside into a "single-use commercial space."

A Greystone spokeswoman said Wednesday that an announcement on the commercial tenant will be released soon.

Next door to the Lyceum, Greystone will build a 12-story rental building with 68 residential units and 3,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
