PARK SLOPE — Another high-rise is slated to join the growing list of tall buildings sprouting up along Fourth Avenue.

U.S. Developments Group has filed permits to bring a 12-story building to 269 Fourth Ave., between Garfield Place and First Street, the blog YIMBY first reported.

The site is right next door to where an 11-story building full of "luxury" rentals is replacing a McDonald's at 275 Fourth Ave.

The new U.S. Developments Group building will house just 26 apartments, with the units on the ninth through 12th stories each taking up the entire floor. The ground floor will have a day care center and a restaurant, according to permit filings.

U.S. Developments Group did not respond immediately to a request for comment.

The U.S. Developments Group project is the latest in a series of developments planned for the avenue, which divides Park Slope and Gowanus. At least five other high-rise buildings are in the works from Douglass Street to the north to 14th Street to the south.

Developments in the works on Fourth Avenue include:

► At 107 Fourth Ave. near Baltic Street, JDS Development Group plans an 11-story building that will replace six low-rises.

► Father-and-son team Imran and Muhammad Tahir are building an 11-story building aimed at "young professionals" at 153 Fourth Ave. and Douglass Street.

► An 11-story, 75-unit "luxury" rental building by Adam America Real Estate will replace a McDonald's at 275 Fourth Ave. and First Street.

► A "fully amenitized" 12 to 14-story doorman building is slated for 470 Fourth Ave. near 11th Street. Slate Property Group and Adam America Real Estate are building the 105 apartments.

► Slate Property Group, Adam America Real Estate Group and AEW Capital Management have partnered to build 148 residential units and retail in an 11-story building at 535 Fourth Ave., the Commercial Observer reported.
