July 4 and the U.S. women's World Cup victory caused a severe outbreak of national pride at one NYPD precinct.
In the NYPD's 67th Precinct, a particularly proud officer commemorated the generally victorious weekend by donning an eagle mask and holding an American flag.
No word yet if eagle masks are a standard feature at all NYPD precinct offices, but we would very much like for this to be the case.
What a great way to end the #IndependenceDay weekend with a #WomensWorldCup win #USA. We at the #67Pct salute #USWNT pic.twitter.com/uqnSbCWOn9
