PROSPECT HEIGHTS — They haven't been built yet, but these condos set to rise within the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park complex have already hit the market.

Condos at 550 Vanderbilt Ave., a market-rate residential tower located on the northwest corner of Dean Street in Prospect Heights, are now up for sale, according to multiple listings posted with Corcoran Thursday.

Prices at the 18-story building, which includes 278 units, start at $565,000 for a studio and climb to $2.89 million for a 1,919 square-foot unit with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets and views in three directions.

The apartments are decked out with marble bath fixtures, hardwood floors, dishwashers and central air, the listings say.

The building has its own website for potential buyers to browse and has been advertised in the New York Times real estate section for at least two weeks, described as “Brooklyn’s newest luxury address” in the print ad.

News of the listings was first reported by Brownstoner.

Construction is just beginning at 550 Vanderbilt Ave. The building is one of several residential towers planned for the 22-acre Pacific Park complex, renamed as such last summer from Atlantic Yards by developer Greenland Forest City Partners.

Nearby, on Dean Street and Carlton Avenue, a second building in the development is also underway. That project, 535 Carlton Ave., will be comprised of 298 units of affordable housing.
