This time, Brooklyn might really be over.

The New York Daily News has reported that a Cobble Hill townhouse recently broke the record for the borough's most expensive home sold at $15.5 million — a staggering $3 million more than the previous record set by Truman Capote's former Brooklyn Heights abode.

The four-story single-family home at 177 Pacific St., represented by broker Alex Maroni, is 10,000 square feet with six bedrooms and nine baths, according to Douglas Elliman.

And let's not forget about the all-important amenities. There are four interior parking spots, a gym, a 20-person movie theater, a bar, a wine cellar and a 2,600 square-foot rooftop garden with an outdoor kitchen and a stream. (Yes, you read that right).

And when baby it's cold outside, curl up beside one of the home's four fireplaces or anywhere really because the entire house, including the garage, has radiant heating.

It was nice knowing you Brooklyn. We hear St. George is nice this time of year.
