RED HOOK — Three permits were recently filed with the city for new mixed-use buildings at a vacant lot on Van Brunt Street, records show.

The plot of land spans three street numbers — 430, 432 and 434 — on the busy Red Hook corridor between Beard and Van Dyke streets.

The three buildings will be four-story single-family townhouses with an art gallery on the first floor of each one, according to New York Yimby, which first reported the permits filed Monday by Marlboro Builders LLC.

Marlboro Builders and Eric Safyan, the designing architect, did not return requests for comment.
