Care to dine above Madison Square Park?
Internationally renowned, Michelin-starred British chef Jason Atherton brings his talents to The Clock Tower, the restaurant at the New York Edition Hotel, which opens this Saturday.
Guests at The Clock Tower can expect the menu to have "British Sensibilities" while starring New York-style cuisine. The restaurant's interior is a mahogany-lined suite of former executive offices featuring a billiards room. The entrees, which range from $23-54, include macaroni and cheese with morels and filet mignon.
Atherton was the executive chef of Gordon Ramsay's Maze before launching his first restuarant, London's Pollen Street Social, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2011.
