GREENWICH VILLAGE — Sarah Jessica Parker just sold a townhouse she never lived in for a cool $20 million — but that's just $1 million more than she paid for it four years ago, according to city records and reports.
The $20 million sale reportedly comes after some extensive renovations, according to reports and the real estate listing, which describes the East 10th Street townhouse as "newly refreshed."
The townhouse at 20 East 10th St. comes with more fireplaces than bedrooms, a split-level garden, a "Juliet balcony," massive skylights and 50-foot-long bookcases.
The master bedroom takes up an entire floor, and includes an imported fireplace. The master bathroom also has its own fireplace, as well as a hand-carved stone bathtub, according to the listing.
The listing features several photos of the spacious home, including one of a walk-in closet packed with Carrie-Bradshaw-worthy garb.
