CARROLL GARDENS — The building that houses a controversial beer hall will hit the block in a pre-foreclosure real estate auction later this month.

Buschenschank, the Italian and German bar at 320 Court St., is currently open but its future “depends on the purchaser” of the building, property owner James McGown said in an email.

Last year, Community Board 6 rejected a renewal of the bar’s full liquor license after tavern received numerous violations and complaints.

The estimated value of the building is $9.4 million, read a description by East River Mortgage Corp., which is hosting the auction.

According to Pardon Me For Asking, which first reported the auction, 320 Court St. will be delivered vacant to the purchaser.

McGown is also offering a dozen other Brooklyn properties at the auction, including 84 Clinton Ave., 85 Luquer St. and 300 Van Brunt St.

McGown — who Crain’s New York reported has filed bankruptcy petitions more than six times since 2009 — is also the owner of Goldenrod, formerly known as P.J. Hanley’s, which closed last year after city marshals reportedly seized the property.

The auction will take place on March 27 at 10 a.m. at the Brooklyn Marriott.
