ELMHURST — The developers of a busy corner of Broadway have started to market the space to commercial tenants, according to a real estate listing.

Renderings for the space at 75-08 Broadway show a new glass-front commercial building with 7,000-square-feet of space, according to a listing from Schuckman Realty.

It touts the location near the 74th Street-Roosevelt transit hub — the second busiest in Queens — and the heavy foot traffic on Broadway to potential businesses.

The buildings sold in January for $5.85 million, according to city records. It's not clear what will happen to the businesses already at the location.

There are currently no applications filed for renovations or demolitions, according to the Department of Buildings.

Calls to the real estate agents were not immediately returned, and it's not clear what type of tenants they are eyeing.
