ANNADALE — A man shot up an ex-NYPD officer's home and cars early New Year's Day after a dispute with the victim's daughter, a law enforcement source said.

Around 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 Raymond Bellido, 35, fired several shots into the Egan Avenue home of the officer and two cars parked outside, leaving bullet holes, according to court documents.

Nobody was injured in the incident.

Police later issued a search warrant and found two assault rifles, a Smith & Wesson 9mm handgun, ammunition, ski masks and an official NYPD turtle neck inside a storage unit owned by Bellido, court papers read.

Bellido was arrested last week and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a police uniform or emblem at his arraignment, according to the District Attorney's office.

He has been arrested 10 times since 1999 for various charges including assault, resisting arrest, grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon, according to the NYPD.

He was remanded without bail at his latest arraignment and is due back in court on Wednesday, according to online court records.

His lawyer, Paul Capofari, did not have a comment on the case for the story.

On Nov. 24, 2014, Dennis Scamardella, 35, was driving his black Cadillac and turned on a flashing light to pull over the woman on the corner of Buel Avenue and Richmond Road around 1 p.m., court papers read.

According to court papers, Scamardella, who works in construction, walked up to the woman and said, "Hi, I'm Dennis, do you know how beautiful you are?"

When the woman asked Scamardella if he was a real officer he told her "Yeah, don't you see my badge, cuffs and gun? Do you have a boyfriend? Give me your phone number," court papers read.

Scamardella was arrested last Thursday and charged with criminal impersonation at his arraignment. He was released without bail and is due back in court on March 19.

His lawyer did not immediately respond to request for comment.
