East Flatbush rappers Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel and 13 other people from their crew were arrested early Wednesday after a 2-year narcotics and weapons investigation. The crew was charged in 24 shootings and one homicide.

The lawyers for the mother of 17-year-old Deion Fludd, who was left a quadriplegic and later died after a 2013 arrest, have asked the Brooklyn DA to start a probe.
