COLUMBIA STREET WATERFRONT DISTRICT — Here's a fundraiser you can sink your teeth into.

Three Brooklyn chefs will compete in the fourth annual grilled sandwich competition to benefit the Amazing Garden, a local community garden at Columbia and Carroll Streets on Saturday, organizers said.

Chefs from Henry Public, Vekslers and Bar Bruno will grill vegetarian and meat sandwiches, which attendees can sample before voting on their favorites.

Previous contenders have included popular Brooklyn restaurants like Dassara, Nightingale 9, Iris Cafe, Fort Reno and the Good Fork.

"We've had some real culinary talent participate," said Heath Fradkoff, one of the fundraiser's organizers.

The chefs are keeping their recipes under wraps but previous years' sandwiches have included the Good Fork's grilled hangar steak sandwich with homemade kimchee, red onion, arugula and cheese as well as a grilled butternut squash with marinated kale and pickled onions from Better Being Underground.

Tickets are priced at $15 for adults with no cost for children. Funds raised from the competition will go towards maintenance and operational costs of the garden, Fradkoff said.

The competition runs from 3 p.m. till about 5 p.m. at the garden and will also feature music from performers at Jalopy Theater
