BROOKLYN — A man broke a 13-year-old boy's arm and injured another man with a Club steering-wheel lock inside a Red Hook motel on May 10 after they threw things at his car, a source said.

The attacker, who was wearing a black vest at the time, barged into the Brooklyn Motor Inn, located at 140 Hamilton Ave. near the entrance to the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel, and struck the teen and a 29-year-old man with the Club about 12:40 a.m., the NYPD said.

The boy's arm broke and he, along with the other man, both suffered cuts to the head, police said. They were treated at an area hospital and released.

The two had been throwing objects at the car of the suspect, who when followed them into the motel and hit them, a source said.

The suspect, who can be seen clutching the car club in a surveillance photo released by police, was wearing a black vest, a long-sleeved white shirt and blue jeans. Investigators believe he's in his late 40s.
