BRONX — Police are searching for a man who tossed a can of soybeans inside a Morris Park grocery store, striking a 69-year-old woman in the eye.

The suspect and another man got into a fight inside Compare Food Store at 2080 White Plains Rd., near Brady Avenue, on April 13 at 1:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.

The suspect threw the soybeans toward the second man, but missed his target and hit the woman instead, police said. She was taken to Montefiore Medical Center with swelling in her eye, police said.

The suspect has a medium build is between 20 and 25 years old, police said.
