BROOKLYN — Traffic snarled the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway during Wednesday morning's rush-hour commute after a tractor-trailer overturned and injured a man, according to officials and witnesses.
The truck was involved in a two-vehicle crash on the BQE, near Atlantic Avenue, about 4:40 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
The injured man suffered heart trouble afterwards and was taken to Bellevue hospital, the spokesman said.
"Can't even begin to describe what the BQE looks like right now.." tweeted Taylor Smieya at 7:52 a.m.
