WOODSIDE — Four people were struck by a hit-and-run driver while waiting for a bus in Queens Saturday evening, including a 7-year-old girl.

The victims were standing at a bus stop on the corner of Northern Boulevard & 48th Street in Woodside shortly before 8 p.m. when a car ploughed into them, police said.

Five people were taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where four were treated for injuries, according to police. There were no fatalities.

The car sped away from the scene, but police say they later found the vehicle they think was involved at 61st Street and 38th Avenue, a mile away from the bus stop.

The driver had not yet been located, but police said an investigation was ongoing.
