CARROLL GARDENS — Francesco's reopened last week with a new selection of pizzas, pastas, salads and a renovated Henry Street space.
After a two-month closure, the pizzeria and trattoria moved to 529 Henry St., just next door to its previous location, where it had been serving Italian cuisine for seven years, according to a restaurant employee.
Francesco's is adding the "pizette" to its menu, an 8-inch personal pie served with toppings like grilled mushrooms, crispy artichoke and prosciutto. The restaurant will also be serving a new selection of paninis on ciabatta bread.
Francesco's will continue to serve its popular traditional pies, pizza rolls and entrees, which are available for delivery and takeout, the employee said.
