The giant retail center next to the Domino Sugar Factory also includes the shop Botanikal, which sells crystals, herbs and other "metaphysical" objects; the electronic-cigarette store Vapor Lounge and about 30 other shops that will participate, Arain said.

Other shops include the pop-up women's clothing shop Nomad Truck, the toy store Sze and the men's sneaker shop Greats Brand.
