BROOKLYN — A 19-month-old boy was found dead in his Flatbush home next to a suicide note written by his mother, an NYPD spokesman said.

Cops were called to the address on reports of an emotionally disturbed woman about 7:52 p.m. Sunday near Ocean Avenue and Glenwood Road. They found her son, who police identified as Justin Stephens, unconscious, police said.

He was rushed to New York Community Hospital and pronounced dead, cops said.

The baby's mother, Anna Thomas, 20, was taken into custody at the scene. She was arrested Monday and charged with manslaughter.

Police were investigating whether Thomas killed her son in a murder-suicide plot, an NYPD spokesman said.

Thomas did not appear to be seriously injured after the incident, he added.
