Man Snatches Necklace off Woman in Crown Heights Subway Station, Police Say

BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man they said yanked a necklace off a woman's neck in a Crown Heights subway station.

The incident happened on Aug. 20 about 2:15 p.m. at the Crown Heights-Utica Avenue station when the man allegedly grabbed the necklace and fled.

The woman was not injured, according to police.

Surveillance cameras caught an image of a stocky bald man wearing a yellow shirt that police said is a suspect in the attack.
