CARROLL GARDENS — The famous “Ramen Burger” has made its way to a Smith Street eatery – but for just one month.

Carroll Gardens's Dassara Ramen, at 271 Smith St., will be serving the popular burgers created by Keizo Shimamoto from Sept. 14 to Oct. 15, the restaurant announced.

Every week, Shimamoto will debut a new ramen burger recipe at Smorgasburg that will run in limited quantities throughout the week at Dassara.

The collaboration, first reported by Eater, will be an “opportunity to experiment with new styles of Ramen burger,” according to the ramen joint's Facebook page.

The most recent delicacy, launched at an opening party on Sept. 14, was a “Chashu Shoyu burger” with Keizo’s classic Shoyu sauce topped with Dassara’s red braised pork belly.

Crowds have been lining up at Brooklyn Smorgasburg and across the country to sample the popular treat that uses buns formed of freshly cut ramen noodles.

Dassara Ramen was not immediately available for comment.
