CARROLL GARDENS — A dozing straphanger taking a morning nap on the F train woke up to three unknown men robbing him on the southbound line, cops say.

The 34-year-old man, who was sleeping on the train, Aug. 11 between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., had a rude awakening when the robbers held down his head and emptied his pockets, according to police.

One thief told the victim, “Relax, it will be over in a minute,” cops say.

The three men fled the train at the Smith-9th Street subway stop, taking the victim’s wallet, $200 Samsung Galaxy cellphone, $600 in cash and debit and credit cards.

No arrests have been made as yet.

Other notable crimes in this month’s blotter at the 76th Precinct included the following from police sources:

► Construction tools worth $6,325, including drills, nail guns, a power washer and saws, were stolen from a Clinton Street residence between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street, during the weekend of Aug. 16 to Aug. 19.

► An 18-year-old man was punched on the right cheek on Hoyt Street near the Gowanus Houses, Aug. 20, around 12:30 a.m. The unknown assailant fled the scene on foot.

A 24-year-old woman said her roommate allegedly nabbed $1,830 worth of property, including clothes, shoes, a $70 suitcase and cash, from their Ninth Street home, last weekend.

A woman parked her unlocked car at Henry and Bay streets, leaving it to use the bathroom.  She returned to find property missing from inside the 2001 gray Acura, Aug. 18, about 2:30 p.m. The unknown thief made away with a $180 Dolce & Gabbana purse, $250 in cash and miscellaneous cards.
